Meet Our Team

Dr. Jeffrey Spillers
Dr. Jeffrey Spillers was born in Casper, Wyoming, where he spent his early childhood with his identical twin brother and younger sister, before his family relocated to Reno, Nevada. He attended school from elementary through college in “The Biggest Little City,” complete with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Nevada-Reno. Dr. Spillers was then accepted into the prestigious three-year program at the Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. He spent three years learning didactic and clinical dental work, as well as becoming involved in many other facets, including charitable work through the SCOPE program, and certification in Invisalign.

Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Spillers and his family relocated to Reno for a couple of years. Dr. Spillers gained the knowledge of starting up a practice, including office management, and exponentially expanded his clinical experience. He established a nursing-home program, providing dentistry to over one thousand residents at five of the local facilities. He gained extensive knowledge in geriatric dentistry, including denture fabrication. Dr. Spillers also became very involved in local business organizations, such as LeTip and the Chamber of Commerce.

At the beginning of 2013, Dr. Spillers and his family relocated to Tucson to join the iSmile family. He is constantly expanding his clinical knowledge with the help of implant and orthodontic fellowships through the company. He looks forward to serving the local community and establishing his roots in Tucson for a long time to come. While in dental school, Jeff married his college sweetheart, Stevie, and they currently have three beautiful girls. Dr. Spillers enjoys golfing year-round, discovering his new hometown’s beauty, and sharing dental stories with his brother, who is a dentist with the U.S. Navy.

Dr. Arlyn Levy
With today’s world always in a hurry, Dr. Arlyn Levy has the opposite approach to dentistry. She takes the time to provide you with the best care possible, and is really here to serve your needs.

Dr. Levy was born in Long Island, New York. She moved to Jupiter, Florida at just three months old, and spent her childhood in the oceanside town, alongside her younger sister and family. She attended Jupiter High School where she graduated in the top 10% of her class, and received a full scholarship to the University of Florida. There, she graduated magna cum laude with a major in health science and a minor in gerontology. Dr. Levy also worked with a renowned dental biomaterials dentist and was chosen to present her research at the International Association for Dental Research in New Orleans. Dr. Levy was accepted to Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, and there began her transition to the western United States.

Throughout her dental college career she has been able to learn the latest and best methods and techniques in the industry. Dr. Levy has found that her passion in dentistry is implants and she loves to work with children! She confirmed this when she worked for a private practice in Phoenix, Arizona, where she worked with patients of all ages. Dr. Levy’s charismatic, energetic, and uplifting personality enables her patients to feel at ease and in good hands, and she has learned this is especially important for the youngest ones.

Dr. Arlyn Levy is now in Tucson, Arizona, ready to meet the patients’ needs at any of the iSmile offices in Southern Arizona. When she’s not practicing dentistry, she is spending time with her sister, or keeping active through running and playing sports. However, dentistry is her number one passion, and she looks forward to enhancing her dental career through fellowship training in implants, orthodontics, and many other facets of dentistry. One thing Dr. Levy will always keep at the forefront of her dental techniques: keeping a modern, gentle approach to oral care.

Dr. Jillian Snare
Jillian Snare was born in Port Huron, Michigan. She spent her childhood outdoors surrounded by the Great Lakes. When she was old enough, she spent her summers in the Upper Peninsula where she was a dental assistant at a family focused dental practice. It was while assisting that she discovered her love of patient care and the field of dentistry. Dr. Snare was Salutatorian of her high school class and attended Lyman Briggs College. There, she was awarded Best in Class for scientific research and invited to speak at her graduation ceremony. She graduated with honors receiving an undergraduate degree in Physiology with a minor in Bioethics, Arts, and Humanities. Dr. Snare was then accepted into the prestigious accelerated Master’s Program at Stanford University where she received her Master of Science in Biology, under the advisement of the renowned Dr. Robert Sapolsky. While at Stanford, she taught many undergraduate courses and was awarded an Excellence of Teaching award for her work in the Biology Department.

Dr. Snare attended the Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in Ohio. It was there that she met her future husband, Derek, also a future dentist. She was Class President her first year and he was Class Vice President. Jillian is still actively involved with her alma mater, by serving on the Case School of Dental Medicine Alumni Board.

In the years following graduation, Dr. Jillian Snare did humanitarian work in Okinawa, Japan while her husband served as a dentist in the United States Air Force Dental Corps. Dr. Jillian Snare is an international speaker on Pediatric Dentistry and established a Pediatric Oral Health Advocacy Program at Kadena Air Base. While overseas, she volunteered with the American Red Cross and the 18th Medical Group, as well.

Now that her husband has been stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Dr. Snare is excited to trade Japanese Typhoons for Arizona Monsoons! She lives Southwest of Tucson with her husband and two small sons where they raise chickens, ride motorcycles, and roast coffee.

Dr. Snare is committed to constantly developing her clinical skills to deliver the best care possible and expanding her scope of practice to meet the desires of the community. She loves caring for patients of all ages, stages and needs. Relief from a patient’s anxiety is top priority and Dr. Snare will take the time to discuss all health and treatment options so her patients can feel at ease. That truly is the philosophy of “dentistry with a heart,” the iSmile way!

Lupita – Dental Hygienist
Hello and Buenos Dias! I’m Lupita and I am the Dental Hygienist here at
Caring for my Smile.
I was raised in Tucson and graduated from Pueblo High School,
very close to our office. I then went to Pima College and graduated
as a Dental Hygienist in 2006. I did 2 years of volunteer community work
with Americorps in Santa Theresa. I would say I lean towards the more holistic
and natural approach to medicine and dentistry.
I have four beautiful kids, and I love to read science fiction novels.
My favorite part of being a Hygienist is that I get to educate my patients
And help to prevent oral diseases. I love the reward that comes when my
Patients appreciate how I was able to care for them.
Jazmyn – Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, and I graduated high school a year early to pursue my passion and attend beauty school. Upon graduating beauty school I learned I loved

attending school so I went to dental assisting school. I have three sisters, two brothers, and great cousins! I have an amazing family and a great mom and dad who have been so supportive of me. I have a huge passion for makeup, and I love movies, music, and going out dancing!

I have been with iSmile for about two years now. I started off as an intern in September, and Dr. Spillers and I worked so well together they kept me. My coworkers here at iSmile are absolutely great! We have a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Our patients’ comfort and care are top priority. I enjoy oral surgery, implants, and most importantly interacting with our amazing patients and with Dr. Spillers and Dr. Levy. I am very much a people person, and I love seeing how happy our patients get when we give them a complete change. Working in the beauty industry and the dental field has a huge impact on me because I completely enjoy making people feel good about themselves. When a patient comes in feeling insecure, not confident, and they don’t like their smile, and we are able to help them and make a substantial change in their life…. That’s why I love my job!!!
Yoselynn – Dental Assistant
Hi! I’m Yoselynn. I’m a native of Tucson and a recent graduate of Pima Medical Institute Dental Assisting program.
I’m from a large Hispanic family and the oldest of four girls. I am proud to be my sisters’ role model. I consider myself very lucky to have been able to join the iSmile family at Caring for my Smile immediately after my externship. I love that I was able to fit right in and start my career. I really enjoy being a Dental Assistant and I look forward to what the future holds for not just me, but for the dental field also.

Cressi – Regional Marketing Director – Arizona
Aloha! I’m Cressi, the Regional Sales and Marketing Director for iSmile Dental. I oversee the Marketing efforts for our 5 offices in Arizona.
I have been in the Dental field since 1985 and also have a background in Radio.
I moved to Tucson, AZ to be closer to my children and grandchildren after spending just over six years on the Big Island of Hawaii.
I love travelling to new places and seeing our beautiful country. I’m an avid photographer and had a successful photography business in Hawaii and had many of my photos published in local publications. Although I’ve accomplished many of my bucket list goals, like learning to fly a small plane…I still have many more to go. Next on the list is publishing my first book, due out before the end of the year 2017.
I look forward to watching the iSmile Family grow and be an active part of our many communities throughout Utah and Arizona.
Trish Savage – Office Coordinator
I have been in the dental field since 1999. I travel from office to office and help facilitate the staff and patients. I love my job! I love that our offices have a huge impact on people lives.

Being able to bring smiles to our patients is very rewarding. I have been very blessed to work with a fantastic staff and patients. When I am not working I enjoy hanging out with my family. I love watching my son play baseball and I am involved with my daughter’s girl scout troop.
Bianca – Office Manager
I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. I have been in the Dental field for about 1o years now. I started off as a dental assistant in 2007 and slowly learned all aspects of the dental field. I have a passion for helping others love their smile, and regain their self -confidence. After all, your smile is the first impression. Building friendships with my patients is the best part. Being a part of their journey with their oral health and transformation is just as satisfying to me as it is for them. Jumping on board with the I-Smile family has been nothing but a positive experience. I absolutely love my Dental Family. Working with a Dentist that has the same desire for our patients makes my job that much more enjoyable. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two amazing boys, 10yrs and 10 months old. They definitely keep me on my toes. We love the outdoors, and with this AZ weather enjoy the water any chance we get.
A smile is happiness you’ll find right under your nose. – Tom Wilson

Sofia – Treatment Coordinator
I am originally from Tucson, and am a wife of eighteen years to my husband Mickey. I am also a mother of two, to Victoria (17) and Emilio (13) who definitely keep me on my toes. I’m the youngest of three, and have two older brothers. I started in the dental field after my son was born.  I have enjoyed working in the dental field for 13 years. I started my externship with Dr. Neil Anders back in 2003. The staff and Dr. Anders taught me well and we all got along so great that they invited me to stay on. I worked for Dr. Anders until 2007 when Dr. Harry Collins and his partner Trish Savage bought the office, and they kept me on. I have learned a lot form Dr. Collins.  We all joke about how I came with office. And in 2013 Dr. Spillers joined our dental family. So I have had the pleasure of working with three great doctors and learned a lot along the way to make me a better assistant and patient care and treatment coordinator. I went from dipping X-rays to 3D digital X-rays. I love working with ALL my dental family.
